Submissions and Publication

Any author can collaborate to maximum two publications, or submit two abstracts as single author. In case of more authors, at least two main authors need to register for conference fees, if two presentations are accepted.

To start you submission, register by pressing the LOGIN button (check for email confirmation) and then go to MYSPACE > My submissions page, where you can enter your details and abstract.

1 December 2025 Extended deadline for abstracts

abstracts for oral presentations (up to 260 words); your presentation slot will be of 15 minutes, including 3 minutes for questions.
abstracts for poster presentations (up to 260 words); your A0 paper posters will be fixed on vertical stands next to the coffee break area.

PUBLICATIONS

Extended abstracts (papers and posters) inlcuded in the e-book of abstracts ob the congress website and on the IWA network webpages.
Full paper submission (DEADLINE 15th of January 2026) to the following IWA Publishing journals:
